Historic Centre of Florence5 nights4.0 star property9.2/10 - Wonderful (934 reviews)"Upon arriving at the hotel, the folks at check in were so curtious and kind! The entrance was difficult to find since the address on Expedia doesn’t line up with the actual building number. Our room was expected, but I think it bothered me the mold under the edge of the under mounted tub, as long with the shower head cap that was completely loose from the wall. And the bathroom fan either was broke or not there, so the bathroom had a bit of a moisture smell that was a bit off. Casciano di Murlo Hotel Deals
"Staff very welcoming. Property very clean and beds very comfortable. Bathroom very nice. Only complaint are the walls between the rooms were thin and I could hear the adjoining rooms. But about 10:30 pm, everything went quiet and slept well. Plenty of parking on property. Great restaurant near by recommended by staff, “Il Grillo Moro”, definitely top notch. Would stay again."
Mercure Petriolo Siena Terme Spa Hotel
Mercure Petriolo Siena Terme Spa Hotel"One other guest we meet called it the hotel from hell, which somes it up properly. A very strange vibe in this hotel a cross between a murder mystery hotel and a soviet area spa. The staff need to learn how to smile and serve it's customers properly, only the breakfast lady was great. Hotel difficult to get to required 10 km detour, wifi available but without internet access!!!! Had to pay 30 euros per person per day to access the pools. The on-site restaurant was horrible and staff useless....
Relais Le Macine di Stigliano
Relais Le Macine di Stigliano"Overall a great stay! A bit off the core sights we were seeing. We stayed Oct 2026. It was still warm during the day and cool at night though the AC was already turned to heat. Pool is not heated so likely amazing in summer but was a bit cold for us, Hottub and Sauna for rent. The food service was great, very tasting and welcoming staff. Place was very clean and there’s only 10 rooms or 25 guests max which is great! During the week there was low occupancy and instead of buffet they served a...
Best Western Hotel San Marco
Best Western Hotel San Marco"Staff were nice enough, except the night guy who told me I must be screwing up my computer because the internet works fine. When it did not work in our room. He was super room. Found out the next day the internet HAS been a problem and the nice front desk clerk apologized for the guy before. So that was nice. The beds were the least comfortable beds I have ever slept in."

"Unfortunately, our third night at this hotel completely changed our experience for the worse. We were staying in Room 16, and the guests in the room next door, Room 14, were talking extremely loudly, laughing, and shouting continuously until around 4:00 AM. The noise made it practically impossible for us to sleep. We tried calling the hotel’s after-hours number 4–5 times during the night, hoping someone could intervene, but nobody answered. This was extremely frustrating. If an after-hours...
